| To assure high-quality equipment performance, monitoring and customer service, Safe Haven ADT Security will do a complete inspection and testing of your current security equipment. We can usually activate any other competitors security equipment but in rare instances we may have to upgrade your Main Control Panel and Keypad(s). | |

| To schedule your activation, please call your local Safe Haven ADT Security customer support representative or our central office at 1-877-842-0818. Our central representatives are available from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. (C.S.T.) Monday - Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m (C.S.T.). | |

| Yes. Safe Haven ADT Security allows you the flexibility to pay your monitoring monthly, quarterly or annually. With your one-time enrollment, your payment is sent directly from your financial institution to Safe Haven ADT Security or automatically charged to your credit card. | |

| I'm a renter. Can I get a home security system? | |

| Safe Haven ADT Security requires that the property owner sign the Contract Service Agreement. If your landlord agrees to sign the agreement, Safe Haven ADT Security will install a system into the property in the name of the owner. The property owner will receive and be responsible for all bills. The Customer Move policy applies to only the homeowner and not the renter. | |
